Returns, Refunds & Exchange.
All pieces are final sale and we do not accept returns. We are trying to prevent people from purchasing them to wear for a photoshoot or event and then returning them. In some circumstance we may allow exchanges when a customer contacts us. Every single item is checked over thoroughly before shipping to each customer and is presented in a high quality and durable.
Our handmade jewelery is fragile and delicate, so please refer to our care guide upon receiving it. We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults, but we request that you always email a clear photograph of your damaged jewelery (along with order number and date of purchase) so we can discuss options with you.

What does Gold Filled mean?
Unlike vermeil and gold plated jewelry, which make up the majority of gold jewelry on the market, gold filled jewelry has a much thicker layer of gold over the base metal, as much as 50-100% thicker. This makes a big difference in terms of the jewelry’s ability to resist wear and tear long term. If cared for well, these pieces can last over 30 years to a lifetime. Vermeil and gold plated jewelry lasts an average of 6 months! Gold filled jewelry is a sustainable alternative for those looking to purchase high quality jewelry without the price tag of solid gold. It is hard to tell the difference between “real” gold and a gold filled piece.
